Conversations is an interactive board game designed to develop and enhance all our relationships through engagement and genuine dialogue. This is achieved though authentic speaking, emphatic listening and heart-spaced connection.
Participants get a new way of learning to communicate to one another with the facilitator is there as a guide.
The role of the general facilitator is to create a safe environment to allow people to communicate to each other from the heart and to allow all participants to share their wisdom. Untimately, it is about holding the space!
Participants are invited to share their unique insights and to listen openly and be respectful to the insights of others.
This is your opportunity to be part of this new paradigm in making a real difference in the way we communicate with each other through this unique online training.
In each 90 minute season, we look at a specific aspect of facilitating Conversations games including
Session 1: What is Conversations
How to facilitate a cooperative game even and to hold the space to allow people to speak honestly and safely
Session 2: How to play Conversations
Goes through an actual full game including how to adapt the game to suit your particular style and approach
Session 3: Alternative ways of playing
Multiple ways of playing the game for groups and situations of all sizes including one on one life coaching and mentoring
Session 4: Getting Conversations to the world
Different ways to demonstrate and promote the game including facilitating Conversations Online
