This 7 week zoom class will use processes to identify and clear sabotages, attitudes, limiting beliefs and old stories using Barry’s own Life Visionary System of muscles testing, light body alignments and his unique scan charts.
In these seven one-hour sessions, we will look at identifying and clearing over 50 blocks around Optimum Health.

“Although Barry cleared blocks related to all aspects of health in the program, resistance to exercise was the one that was specific to me.
