Join us for a transformative one-hour class, "Navigating Through the Fog of Grief," where we explore the emotional landscape of grief and begin the journey toward healing. Grief can often feel like a thick fog—obscure, disorienting, and isolating. In this session, we will focus on clearing the blocks that this fog creates, illuminating a path forward through understanding and support.
During our time together, we will address three critical milestones on this path:
